Derfor har Clemco Danmark udviklet et dobbeltkammer bl\u00e6seanl\u00e6g som er konstrueret for 100% kontinuerlig drift. Opbygget med 2 kamre, hvoraf det nederste altid er under tryk, s\u00e5ledes at uafbrudt drift er sikret. En traditionel bl\u00e6sebeholder til sandbl\u00e6sning har den ulempe at den skal genfyldes efter ca. 20 minutters drift, og dette medf\u00f8rer et ophold i sandbl\u00e6seprocessen. Ved at anvende et dobbeltkammersystem kan man sikre at det ene kammer genfyldes med st\u00e5lgrit mens det andet kammer er i drift. Udluftningen mellem de to kamre kan udf\u00f8res ekstremt hurtigt, da vores dobbeltkammersystem er forsynet med 4 store udluftningsventiler og samtidig minimeres m\u00e6ngden af restbl\u00e6semiddel i udluftningssystemet. Dette er med til at sikre en lang levetid p\u00e5 udluftningssystemet.<\/p>\n<p>Selve timingen af cyklusserne mellem bl\u00e6sebeholderne styres af en PLC. Udluftning af bl\u00e6sebeholder, kan kun ske enkeltvis og styringen sikrer at udluftningen ikke sker p\u00e5 samme tid for alle ventiler.<\/p>\n<p>Lufttilf\u00f8rslen er forberedt med 2\u201d r\u00f8rf\u00f8ring til hovedluftventilen for det \u00f8verste kammer der sikrer, at pop-up-system i \u00f8verste kammer lukker hurtigere hvilket mindre tryktab og kontraventiler sikrer at trykket opretholdes konstant i sandbl\u00e6seanl\u00e6gget.<\/p>\n<p>I praksis betyder det systemet kan bl\u00e6se kontinuerligt med 1 stk 19mm venturidyse eller 2 stk 16mm venturidyser. Denne konfiguration kan sandbl\u00e6se en meget stor overflade p\u00e5 kort tid og med mest mulig ensartethed.
